On-line Application - Instructions
Applications are made on-line. The selection committee meets regularly and the candidates should receive the answer within two months once they officially submit their application.
Required files (online)
Besides filling out the on-line application, the candidate is required to upload the following documents:
- Candidate’s picture in .jpg format
- CV in doc, txt or pdf format
- Abstract of courses in doc, txt or pdf format
- Statement of purpose in doc, txt or pdf format
- Scanned copies of academic transcripts of records in pdf or jpg format
- Scanned copies of official ranking certificates in pdf or jpg format (optional)
- Scanned copies of official certificates of degrees received in pdf or jpg format (optional)
- Scanned copies of certificates of honours and prizes in pdf or jpg format (optional)
Recommendation letters :
The candidate is asked to give the name and address of two to four
professors or educational advisors or most familiar with his/her academic work and professional experience. These persons
will be solicited for recommending the candidate. These recommendation letters play an
essential role in the selection process.
Official documents to be sent by mail:
in addition to the on-line application, the candidate
must send the following official documents by certified or express mail :
Nota Bene : documents sent by fax or e-mail will not be accepted. Only fully completed forms will be reviewed.
- Official proof of citizenship (birth certificate and copy of passport)
- Academic transcripts of records showing all the marks obtained since starting at university
- Official certificates that specify the candidate's ranking in the university entrance examination and at the end of each academic year
- Official certificates of all degrees received
- Cerificates of Honours and prizes mentioned in the application
- Official score reports for language tests mentioned in the application
All official documents must be translated into French or English and bear the seal of an authorized
translator.
